Hello girls and boys and parents too!
Today is cooking Wednesday...formerly known as FunFriday cooking channel. But because I am teaching in class every day but Wednesday I thought we could do this on a Wednesday instead.
Before we get started, I want to do a shout out to the children who came on Monday and Tuesday. They were awesome.
They followed the safety rules and expectations. They washed their hands many many many times a day. They worked very hard and were very responsible. It was great to see them! I am looking forward to reading and looking at my home schoolers on Wednesday and then on Thursday I am eager to greet my new crew of children for a few days of learning as well!!
So today, continue looking at the jobs that I posted:
Write in your journal.
Finish your Time capsule.
Make cookies.
Do some math.
Get some exercise!
Continue to love learning.
And know that you are brave and loveable and kind and special!
Todays baking is from Benjamin! Thank you Benjamin for sharing a recipe that only has THREE ingredients. And Benjamin said that he loves these cookies. He sent me a picture and they sure look yummy. So I thought, why don't I try make these cookies. I have posted the recipe. Hope they turn out as delicious as Benjamin's.
And for those of you who haven't brought in or sent in a cookie recipe, please do so as soon as possible. I would prefer a hard copy. Thank you.
