Canada is 149 years old!! Wow! Will you be celebrating under the stars, watching the fireworks??? I hope to be, if the wind slows down and the sun comes out...i think it's time to tell the children to all start singing...oh mr. sun!!!
With that, I just want to first thank everyone for my wonderful present. I was absolutely shocked by my gift. I have loved the necklace ever since I first saw it around Jo's neck and every time she wore it I had to comment and admire it...now I have one myself. I love love love it.
And in fact I have not taken it off (will I wreck it Jo??) Having the gift card to Costco as well...I promise not to buy groceries!! It's a toss up between a spa utopia card or a new camera...thank you thank you thank you!!
Like I have been saying all along...I have loved working and playing with your children. They have co-taught with me...I have learned many things from them. They have become leaders, good friends, compassionate, kind and amazing artists (as apparently it seems that's all we do in the class). Please rest assured, we do do other things...but it is always nestled in an art project so they don't actually think they are working..how lovely is that??
When I say I would love to hear from your children...I would....if they want to practice their typing and writing to me, I will respond.
When I say, I would love to see you if I'm on the beaches in the Kits area...I mean it. I am often found with my book in hand in the Locarno area...look for me. I have a white baseball cap on!! I would love a visit and a chat.
